1. What is FindMe?
 
 FindMe is a mobile application which can be downloaded to your phone.
The service is based on three key principles. First of all, your friends and relatives are accessible to you from your mobile phone, thus, making communication almost non-stop. The FindMe program is always available in your mobile phone, so you can effortlessly find the ones you need any time by viewing their location on the map. There’s no need to stay online at your computer, FindMe allows you to keep updated on the location of contacts en-route or while waiting for your order at a restaurant.
FindMe also allows you to store both location data and places of interest on your phone.

FindMe is a wonderful merge of five components: MOBILE PHONE – SIM CARD – COMPUTER – PEOPLE – PLACES. The program promises a new generation of mobile social networking!
 
 
2. What is a GPS receiver and how does it work?
 
GPS (Global Positioning System) is a satellite navigation system used to determine precise location. GPS satellites transmit signals which a receiver then determines as the exact coordinates of the object’s location. With a GPS is also possible to define the location of yourself, the movement and direction of a person or object within a few metres of exactness. Many GPS receivers are available for free sale.
 
 
3. Can I use the service without a GPS receiver?
 
Yes. FindMe works regardless of the GPS receiver connection. A GPS receiver is used for detection of current location only, and is an additional element of the program functions. You can also set your location in the system manually.
 
 
4. Can a person see my location if I have not granted access rights?
 
No. Only those users, who have received your permission, can see your location, except in cases, where you set common access status “Available for everyone”. While in this setting your location will be visible by all users of the FindMe system.
 
 
5. How much does it cost to send SMS messages and MMS photos?
 
SMS messages and MMS photos within the FindMe system are free of charge.
 
 
6. Can I see a person in another country with this program?
 
Yes. The program works in any country in the world. Naturally, you can find a person in any country of the world, if he/she is FindMe user, you know his/her mobile phone number, and he/she has granted you access rights.
 
 
7. How many persons can fit on a mobile phone display or computer screen at the same time in “Find a Friend” mode?
 
 On mobile phone displays you can see up to 10 persons simultaneously. On a computer screen you can see up to 100 persons.
 
 
8. Will my data be retained if I change my phone’s SIM card?
 
Yes, your data will be retained. Follow the instructions in the menu function “Change SIM Card” to adjust your SIM card settings.
 
 
9. How can I block access to the program if my phone gets lost?
 
You must contact our customer service by phone or email, and our specialists will block access to your data.
 
10. How can I restore my data if I lose my mobile phone with the installed program?
 
Contact your service provider to obtain a new SIM card with the same number you had previously. Once the SIM card is installed in your new mobile phone, download the FindMe program and log-in to the system with your password. For security reasons we recommend to change password immediately.
 
 
11. What is connection distance between the phone and GPS receiver?

Connection distance between the phone and GPS receiver is up to 10 metres.
 
 
12. How much do I pay for the service?
 
A beta-version of the FindMe program has been launched, which, for period of its activity, can be used completely free of charge.
 
 
13. What expenses can originate from using FindMe program? 
 
Likely expenses include your payments to your provider for used GPRS or 3G mobile Internet connection traffic (see pricing of LMT, TELE2, Bite providers here). If you have a mobile phone with a built-in Wi-Fi receiver, we recommend you use free access Internet points to minimise costs.
 
 
14. Are there mobile phones, which have built-in GPS receiver?
 
Yes. These include NOKIA N96, N90, N85, N82, N79, N78, E90, E71, E66, 6655, and many other makes and models.
